  • Take a full, straight-on photo of the front of the card.

  • Focus on the card’s centering and surface. Avoid angles or blurry images, as this makes it difficult to assess alignment and condition.

  • Take a full, straight-on photo of the back of the card.

  • Pay attention to centering and any surface imperfections such as print lines, dents, or scratches.

  • Inspect and take close-up shots of the back corners and edges.

  • Look for signs of whitening, dings, or wear, especially around the corners. Placing the card on a dark surface helps these imperfections stand out clearly.
